Castle Group’s Fit-Out division was engaged to deliver ceilings and partitions for WuXi Biologics’ state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical plant in Dundalk. This facility is one of Europe’s largest single-use bioreactor-based plants and marks WuXi Biologics’ first greenfield site outside China. The facility’s scale, technical complexity, and need for a highly controlled environment required precision and resilience, particularly as the project progressed through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Castle Group’s Fit-Out team was responsible for installing advanced ceiling and partition systems designed to support the high standards required in a biopharmaceutical setting. The project demanded exacting specifications for controlled environments and involved close collaboration with specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration within the facility’s complex framework.
