PROJECT OVERVIEW

Client: PM Group & PJ Hegarty
Sector: Life Science
Service: Fit-Out

A global pharmaceutical leader, continuing to expand its world-class manufacturing capabilities with the construction of new spaces designed to support advanced manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. This development is a key component of Pfizer’s broader mission to lead the pharmaceutical industry in research, development, and production of life-saving treatments.

Castle Group's Role in the Project

Castle Group’s Fit-Out division has been an integral part of this project, providing critical services that ensure the facility is built to the exacting standards required for a life sciences environment. Our team has taken responsibility for the installation of secondary steel, partitions, and ceilings, along with taping and jointing. These elements are essential to creating the controlled, high-performance spaces necessary for pharmaceutical production and innovation.

Additionally, Castle Modular completed the provision of the Technical Equipment Rooms (TER Rooms) in September, an important milestone for the project. The TER Rooms, vital for housing key technical infrastructure, were custom-designed and built to meet the stringent requirements of this facility, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with the overall site.

As the project continues to progress, Castle Group remains focused on delivering exceptional quality at every stage of the build. Our work on this project highlights our expertise in fit-out and modular construction for the life sciences sector, where precision and performance are paramount.
