The project involved fit-out and modular services, including the offsite manufacturing, delivery, and installation of 13 fully fitted-out modular data hubs, which are critical to the infrastructure for the DS2 project. The scope also included the design, manufacture, and installation of secondary steelwork, including goalposts, Gyproc partitions, and ceilings, as well as taping and jointing.

The coordinated approach of steel, modular, and fit-out led to overall schedule and quality benefits.
