The OPW Leeson Lane project involves the restoration and refurbishment of the historic Spruce House, and the construction of a new 7-storey office building linked to the rear at the ground and first-floor levels. Castle Group provided the Gyproc partitions and ceilings. It included a comprehensive and bespoke SAS package, comprising flat and baffle ceilings, column claddings, bulkheads, detailing around lift doors, and interfaces with stone finishes and suspended ceilings. Everything was custom-designed based on thorough surveys of the building.

Additionally, the scope included Kemwell encasements for fire protection to the structural steel frame and taping & jointing to achieve a highly detailed and unique finish for the building.
