Castle Group worked on fit-out services in the development of the debut Irish ‘Moxy Hotel’, Marriott International’s experiential hotel brand. Located at Sackville House, Dublin, just off O’Connell Street in the heart of the city, this project redeveloped the existing 3,281m2 building into a 157-bedroom 4-star hotel project that meets the brand’s stylish and bold personality.

The scope of Castle Group's work included installing Gyproc partitions and ceilings throughout the hotel. In addition, the boarding to structural flooring and SAS ceilings in the corridors for a modern and functional design. Acoustic ceilings were applied on the ground floor to enhance the guest experience with superior sound quality. Skimming work was completed to achieve seamless finishes across the interior spaces.
