Miesian Plaza is a landmark office development comprising three distinctive headquarter buildings. The redevelopment involved extensive and complex demolition, extension, and refurbishment of the existing protected structures into 21,000m² of modern, contemporary office space over a two-store basement car park. John Paul Construction contracted Castle Group to execute bespoke fit-out services. Castle installed Gyproc partitions and ceilings throughout, along with an extensive SAS ceilings package that required bespoke design to fit the existing building structure. Additional works included skimming to ensure smooth finishes throughout. This project highlights Castle Group's capability to handle intricate and high-profile fit-out works in architecturally significant buildings.
