Exciting Project for Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical leader.

Bristol Myers Squibb are undertaking a significant new development project, further expanding their Irish presence and capabilities in life sciences. The development will include a variety of specialised spaces to accommodate both operational needs and highly technical functions, supporting the company's growth and mission to discover, develop, and deliver life-saving therapies.​

Working closely with the main contractors, PM Group, the project will feature a blend of modern office spaces, manufacturing areas, and technical rooms to enable advanced research and manufacturing processes.

Castle Group's Role in the Development

Castle Group plays a pivotal role in this significant project, acting as the general contractor. In addition to our fit-out scope of work, which includes ceilings and partitions, we will provide a broader range of services that reflect our ability to manage complex, large-scale projects. Our team is responsible for joinery, flooring, and painting, ensuring that all interior finishes are executed to the highest standards.

Additionally, Castle Modular will custom design, build, and provide Technical Equipment Rooms (TER Rooms), a critical component of the facility's infrastructure.

The collaboration between Castle Modular and Fit-Out allows us to offer a complete, integrated construction service that ensures seamless delivery from concept to completion.
