These social and affordable houses were composed of four 3D volumetric modules, which were joined and finished at the site. Each unit had a turnaround time of 4 weeks in the factory, followed by an additional 2 weeks on-site for completion. This efficient process ensured a rapid delivery of high-quality, fully finished homes to meet the growing demand for affordable housing.
