This prestigious, environmentally conscious project consisted of the demolition of the existing 4–7 storey structures on site and the construction of seven new floors above a double basement providing 145,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space & 46,000sq ft retail space. Castle Group was contracted to supply and install the liners, partitions and ceilings in the communal/landlord spaces and also installed metal ceilings to the open plan office spaces on each floor. The selected partition systems on this project were Gyproc and the ceilings were a combination of Knauf metal ceilings, SAS metal ceilings, Gyproc MF ceilings, and skimming throughout.
