Project Overview; Ardee Point Student Accommodation in Dublin consists of three blocks set around a central courtyard, between six and eight stories high. The scheme provides 368 ensuite bedrooms in cluster-style accommodation, with communal living areas over an area of 10,900m2. Castle Group was contracted to provide SFS structural stud infill designed to carry the facade, as well as Gyproc partitions and ceilings, SAS ceilings, and skimming. This project demonstrates Castle Group's expertise in delivering high-quality, large-scale residential fit-outs solutions tailored to the needs of modern student living.
